Directions
 |
Prepare Surface: Remove all loose rust layers, grease, dirt and molten
metal build-up. If possible, roughen surface to be coated by using a file or hacksaw
blade. Sandblasting is NOT recommended by ITC. Wash surface with a 1:1 solution of liquid Clorox
Bleach and water.
|
 |
Mix:
To one pint of ITC-213 add one-third pint of water and mix well.
|
 |
Apply: Mix coating thoroughly. The best results are obtained by using a
paint edger or a piece of cloth dipped into the ITC-213 and then vigorously rubbing the
coating onto the surface as thinly as possible. A spraygun can be used for applications on
large surfaces. Heavy application sprayguns are available from ITC.
For thin and small area applications such as molds a standard canister type spraygun is used.
